This post was supposed to be all about my favorite fashion picks from the Polish designers' collections. However, an international "intruder" ended up on the list of my choices. In the last few days, the weather in Poland spoils us with cloud-free skies and lots of sunshine. However, those who spend most of the days jealously looking through the office windows at the passers-by relentlessly enjoying spring, feel so justifiably agitated. 8h a day of bright almost summer-like weather taken from us forever. What we get in return are just the weekends (unfortunately nearly always cloudy with a high chance of rain) and much colder evenings. To stop the bitching and moaning about the unfairness of 9-5 job, let's remember we always have our personal style to express our inner longings and season-focused creativity.

FAVORITE SPRING LOOKS

All I want this spring are maxi and midi skirts in all possible forms, i.e., pleated, printed, flowy, ruffled and boho-like. I am all for skirts which make me feel like a muse of an imaginary Pre-Raphealite painter. I love if they are made of high-quality materials like silk and organic cotton. I dream of breezy evenings by the sea and summer garden parties where I can entertain those pieces of fashion. The Polish brand, Confashion never stops to amaze me with their creative endeavors and the beautiful midi skirt with variations of the shades of blue is on the top of my birthday wish list this year. For some reason, it is never easy for me to find a perfect white shirt. I don't like them too feminine or body-tight. Neither over-sized shirts which are recently available everywhere do it for me. However, the shirt from Femi Stories, which has a perfect boyfriend fit and the delicate  "love vacay" slogan wins me over in a second.

FAVORITE SPRING ACCESSORIES
I never have enough of white t-shirts matching almost everything I wear from blazers to long and short skirts and jeans. The t-shirts from the Polish brand, Dash My Buttons! are perfect for those who take fashion with a pinch of salt. The messages are subtle and minimal; perfect for both mornings and evenings. Lately, I have been obsessing about suede handbags. I even found a vintage one, which is weathered enough to remind me of the great American West and possibilities of endless summer road trips. Milate Mama Suede bag seems such an excellent companion for summer travels, being not too big and not too small at the same time. (Those bags are never for me!) The only items I need to complete my spring fashion capsule are shoes and some jewelry and they are also made in Poland. Please share your fashion obsessions with me and support the local businesses whenever possible!
