DEMYLEE
I love discovering new brands on Stylecharmer. Therefore it is time now to get acquainted with some exquisite American fashion labels that some of you might not be familiar with. I am counting days to spring and probably similar to other women out there, I want to get rid of everything I have not been wearing for months and introduce some new myself to some new styles that will make me feel confident and comfortable. I am ready for new beginnings! If you are at a loss where to look for clothes that look well-made are beautiful and original, look no further.

DEMYLEE is a perfect choice for those who love modern minimalism, cozy knits and good quality. The founder of the brand, Demy Lee was trained at her craftsmanship working for Tory Burch, Calvin Klein, and Gap. The love of sweaters marked the beginning of her fashion adventure. Now she designs knitted and woven essentials for all the women who love soft, luxurious fabrics and everyday comfort.
KOKUNNYC

KOKUN is a fashion brand deeply rooted in New York City, which as all of you may know, makes it my personal favorite from the very start. They refer to themselves "as a perfect marriage of an uptown fabric and a downtown aesthetic." Their designs are ideal for those who do not love the color extravaganza. There is a lot of grey, beige and white but under no circumstances those clothes are boring!
ZERO MARIA CORNEJO
ZERO MARIA CORNEJO is beloved by celebrities like Mindy Kaling, but that is not what makes it unique to me. Most of the production (84%) takes place in New York, which is so rare in the current economy. Their philosophy focuses not on ever-changing trends but on producing timeless classics that will be beloved and cherished by women for a very long time. They also believe sustainability is at the core of what they do and they are women designing for women!

APIECE APART
APIECE APART, a label created by two women, one from Seattle and the other from Texas, born one day apart from each other, is perfect for those of us who dream about simple wardrobe that could be easily packed into a suitcase. In their online manifesto, they list the things that make their brand unique; to choose just a few: "feminine zeal, aspiration and then letting it go (!!!), constraints that can be broken and being unexpected, complicated and rare." They really transform those words into their designs. When I look at their dresses, I just want to pack my bag and ran away towards an unexpected holiday destination.

Milly

Milly, when I think about this brand, immediately my nostalgia for spring and summer pops up. Their luscious, vivid colors and ultra-feminine designs make even the gloomy February afternoon a cause for celebration.  As the head designer, Michelle Smith studied both in the USA and France, she is capable of smoothly mixing the elements of French chic and American love for sportswear into Milly's DNA. Just check out their pleated skirts and dresses in deep green and bright pink, and you will immediately start looking for an opportunity to show it on the nearest dance-floor.
