New year, new resolutions, new cravings and a perfect time to reinvent your fashion style. If you like the way you dress, I am the last person to tell you to change something. However, I think most women like to add something new to their wardrobes from time to time and usually, they don't need a special occasion to do it. The beginning of the year opens so many opportunities for excuses when it comes to fashion splurges. If you need a justification of a spontaneous purchase to start 2017, here I come:"You deserve it!" I created my fashion wish list for the beginning of the year in this post.
The first item on my 2017 fashion wish list is an excellent pair of shoes. As always Farfetch feeds my insatiable fashion appetite by introducing their shoe collaboration with Aquazzura. I did not have to convince myself that Very Pascaline, Suede Fringe Bootie is a perfect match for my fashion personality. I have an ongoing obsession with suede since high school. It feels so much more personal than leather because of its texture and color variations and its casual character. Most importantly, it adds this cowboy/California hippie vibe to every outfit, and I love adding bohemian elements to everything I wear. Those are the shoes in which I can imagine dancing until the early morning hours, walking for miles, as well as having a special night out. Boots are my favorite kind of shoes as you can wear them all seasons and for the endless number of occasions. To add a finishing touch to real western style, I would love a cute camel color hat and a great bucket bag.

In order not to make my wish list consist of too many items that will turn me into an extra from Magnificent Seven, I need some classic pieces which will deliver faultlessly. Black pants are perfect, but as I don't want them to be too formal, I need some flair. Every classy woman needs a white shirt, just follow the looks of Caroline De Maigret when in doubt. Once again, the shirt I wish for must have some playful elements, and the front black plackets are just the thing I need. Comme Des Garcons is always a good choice if you are seeking fun style inspiration. As it is winter and unbearably cold at the moment in Poland, just throw a fur (or faux fur) jacket on, and you are ready to go.
